YogaBody is a science-based stretching practice designed to build strength, mobility, flexibility and balance and is suitable for everyone. Unlike traditional yoga, the focus is on long-hold, passive stretches where gravity does the work. This makes it accessible, effective, and sustainable for everybody whether you're new to yoga or looking to enhance your existing routine and training.
Who it’s for
YogaBody is designed for real life and real bodies. If you spend long hours at a desk and feel tightness in your hips, shoulders, or back, you’ll find relief here. If you’re a runner, cyclist, gym-goer or athlete who pushes hard but struggles with flexibility, YogaBody helps your body recover and perform better! It’s also a supportive practice for anyone dealing with back pain or postural issues. And if you’ve ever felt that traditional yoga is too fast, too complex, or just not for you — this practice offers an effective approach to realising the benefits.
What to expect
Sessions last 45-60 minutes and can be taken in groups, one-to-one, or even in the workplace. The pace is calm and unhurried, with long-hold stretches that allow your body to fully relax. Simple props like straps, blocks, cushions, and even small stools are used to make each position accessible and effective. YogaBody is designed to complement whatever else you do — whether that’s yoga, strength training, or sport — not replace it.

Why I teach YogaBody
Having taught personal training and practiced massage for many years, I’ve seen first-hand how tight and restricted our bodies can become, especially in people who exercise regularly. YogaBody helps to redress that balance.
Whilst we tend to prioritise fitness and strength, flexibility and mobility are often overlooked - yet they are essential for sustaining a long, productive, and fulfilling life that allows us to reach our goals.
Through long-hold deep stretches, we release tightness, improve joint mobility, lengthen our muscles to gain greater flexibility — giving our body the stability it needs for everyday movement as well as sport and exercise gains. For me, it’s about making yoga accessible to everyone, no matter your level of experience, flexibility, or confidence.
With my background in coaching, yoga, and massage, I take a whole-person approach to wellbeing, and YogaBody fits beautifully with that. I love seeing people discover more freedom of movement, less stress, and a greater sense of balance in everyday life.
